    sounds promising preferences for location would be 1. Civic 2. Epic (on the light rail line) 3. Bruce I think as long as it is modern and has better protection from the elements (say Commbank quality) it should see a 10% increase in attendance even if it is just at Bruce

    And half of the 400m radius is water - so would limit any development to putting apartments above the shopping centre there - which actually would be pretty good

    have to agree that recruitment was poor for this year when it was obvious we needed some outside backs - at least solid players that could do a job. We ended up with Harper and a bunch of backrowers

    Ballymore is about right for a 20 - 25k all seater for soccer, union and some RL games Not sure if the location is great for access Think Kayo being in Redcliffe makes it too far for most of Brisbane Perry Park looks a good location for a 20k stadium - though seems like there might not be...

    Yes - decent location, near a train line, has seating on the sidelines Probably just needs to expand the grandstands on either side to give a bit more shelter and increase capacity by 5k or so, plus some hospitality areas should be good for 8 NRL games, community sport and an A-League team

    yep - opening and closing ceremony plus at least 4 or 5 soccer matches should see it used every 2nd day at least they should also build a 25k rectangular field somewhere nearby to host some of the other soccer matches along with the Gold Coast

    yeah - Sebastian Coe had a crazy idea that it had to be left as an athletics arena. They wasted years to final get to the situation where it is a football stadium with more work to do They also have an athletics track next door with not many facilities. At least Sydney ended up with a good...

    A good quality athletics facility will get a lot of usage and get decent crowds as a lot of events have a lot more athletes than a football game. But a 15k stand with some open air seating should be suitable

    a bigger suncorp would probably get a few extra visitors to Brisbane for SOO, Magic Round and maybe even the NRL grand final Probably more than extra seats at the Gabba would
