    Building the player base

    This is probably the main one as well as having the equivalent junior reps teams (e.g. Matthews, Ball, Flegg in NSW) having been run for at least 5 years. This would also assume that there is an established, decent amount of juniors playing the game in the region to have had those teams running

    So I think with the current NRL teams the priorities should be (with Penrith assumed redone) High priority Canberra - new rectangular stadium closer to town with better crowd cover Auckland - need a Suncorp style stadium either at Eden Park or closer to town and a smaller cricket only ground...

    The airport metro isn't going to the CBD from WSA - it is going to service the west Best hope of WSA to CBD is going to be a future extension of the west metro (which would also go via Parramatta)
