    That's good, looks like the crowd from last year of 18,338 is beaten already, i would say sell out now. Funny when i looked on Monday morning they just started opening up the western grandstand and you could get great seats, really good to see it all but sold out now just in a few days.

    Yes had forgotten about Lidcombe Oval even though i went past it on a train out to Parramatta last month. I remeber at Belmore sometimes the train would slow down ( or at least it seemed like they did ) and also blow their horn.

    Love when you see the trains go past at Belmore, have one game at home which has been up loaded to you tube and you see Mike Eden placing the ball for a conversion shot at goal and a red rattler goes past in the background.

    Hasnt been a 1-1 scoeline . 1982 the scores between Newtown and Canterbury were both draws, 0 -0 and 12 -12.

    Is that a typo Centy ? true there were two draws between Newton and the Dogs, one was 0-0 and the other was 12-12, As far as i can see there has never been a 1-1 scoreline in the Sydney rugby league comp or NRL

    Last year when they took the Dogs game to Gosford the crowd nudged 19,000 which was only just about 1,000 off the ground capacity , at Allianz last year it would have been lucky to draw around 13,000 so it was a master stroke last year, but this year with the Dogs playing greatly improved...
