The problem with playing at Graham Park (its real name):
This nearly caused a multi-car pile-up
Was very close to Lidcombe Oval too. The drivers always blew their horn from about 4.30. It's crazy to think back that they would stop the clock with 10 to go.Love when you see the trains go past at Belmore, have one game at home which has been up loaded to you tube and you see Mike Eden placing the ball for a conversion shot at goal and a red rattler goes past in the background.

And a build cost of circa 30 million. There’s not too much wrong with CC Stafoum. Could increase the capacity of the end and wrap around to join the other two grandstands. It shits all over a number of stadiums as it is
What’s the future of the central coast stadium and is any future redevelopment and expansion feasible?
also who owns the central coast stadium?
I wonder if it would be possible to move the whole stadium further towards the road at the scoreboard end if you were to start again?
you could even build over the road for the grandstand opposite the rail tracks?
Would building a stand over the road be achievable? You couldn't really move it closer to the road end at the eastern end. The road is so close, its not uncommon that kicks for goal wind up on it. The overpass is quite liuterally about 10 metres outside the fence at that eastern/water end of the stadium. There is a little room at the other end, but that's where the train line is which doesn't allow too much expansion that way either.
Ruin the view of the waterWould building a stand over the road be achievable?
im sure a stand could be built these days that could accommodate a road tunnel be it at the scoreboard end or the grandstand opposite the rail tracks.
So be it.Ruin the view of the water
PerfectlySo be it.
that’s the price of progress I’m afraid.
also how safe is it to have rugby balls being kick out of the stadium and onto the main road?
The main tenant averages around 6k (a league soccer team)So be it.

They should have one already but yeah they won't get a side for 30 years nowThe main tenant averages around 6k (a league soccer team)
they won’t be getting an nrl team
They should be getting between 6-8 NRL games a season as it is and who knows what the future holds in terms of a potential Perth bears team which could be either playing ”home” games at the central coast stadium or maybe even a few “away” games against Sydney clubs at the stadium. The main tenant averages around 6k (a league soccer team)
