    besides the fact teams win Premierships not individual players , reports he's on around 800K next season is crazy money for an unproven NRL player in the second row. A gross misallocation of cap when you consider our spine.

    from what I understand the source reported a fall out between a player and AOB, was mentioned from same source that Hastings was falling out with team mates. Been a few instances. I agree with the previous poster 100% Not my type of person I'd have in my business

    yeh I have to agree, in a good team culture someone that close to the inner sanctum should show some loyalty and maintain silence. One improvement to the culture would be locating him and removing him. If he's freely on a forum venting/blabbering he's a cancer.

    was certainly one of the best I've seen in nearly 50 years of watching the game. Ponga is one of only a handful of elite naturally gifted players I've seen. If he was in another system / roster he would be almost unstoppable.

    I'm guessing he'll be gone come contract time. The club doesnt even seem close to a Premiership, and debatable if even headed in the right direction, and he's given most or at least half his career so far. Ponga is a winner. Tedesco retiring soon, the Roosters will move heaven and earth

    The club management is unacceptably slow to get it's act together, there is zero sense of urgency to win, and that reflects in the clubs culture and on field performances.     If I was Ponga I'd be out the door next contract. Pains to say it but I see another Gidley, Mullen etc. Kids that gave their career to the club and nothing to show for it, and could have been so much more if they'd taken offers elsewhere.
