    Rumoured Targets 3

this is true. More importantly to the Knights, how many in our squad have the fierce overwhelming desire to achieve it.

meanwhile at the Roosters Wallaby Mark Nawaqanitawase will start in Cup just to "get the feel of the game”.

    Rumoured Targets 3

besides the fact teams win Premierships not individual players , reports he's on around 800K next season is crazy money for an unproven NRL player in the second row. A gross misallocation of cap when you consider our spine.

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Cronulla @ PointsBet Stadium, Woolooware / Dharawal

from what I understand the source reported a fall out between a player and AOB, was mentioned from same source that Hastings was falling out with team mates. Been a few instances. I agree with the previous poster 100% Not my type of person I'd have in my business

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Cronulla @ PointsBet Stadium, Woolooware / Dharawal

nothing silly about. if they're spreading positive vibes and promoting the club all well and dandy, spreading negativity/gossip and painting the club in a bad light is cancer and another matter entirely EDIT - I certainly wouldnt want that type of character in my business thats 100% sure

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Cronulla @ PointsBet Stadium, Woolooware / Dharawal

yeh I have to agree, in a good team culture someone that close to the inner sanctum should show some loyalty and maintain silence. One improvement to the culture would be locating him and removing him. If he's freely on a forum venting/blabbering he's a cancer.

100% almost beggars belief. With a wealth of juniors to develop and bring through to NRL, instead they go and pay overs and totally f**k the cap......again and again and again , they just dont learn do they

Match Discussion: Round 23 vs Wests Tigers @ McDonald Jones Stadium, New Lambton / Awabakal

was certainly one of the best I've seen in nearly 50 years of watching the game. Ponga is one of only a handful of elite naturally gifted players I've seen. If he was in another system / roster he would be almost unstoppable.

Match Discussion: Round 23 vs Wests Tigers @ McDonald Jones Stadium, New Lambton / Awabakal

Storm and Panthers might not but a team on the fringe and missing a piece to the puzzle like Roosters or Cronulla would. Put Ponga in the Roosters roster and they'd be talking about changing the rules to make him an immortal now.

Match Discussion: Round 23 vs Wests Tigers @ McDonald Jones Stadium, New Lambton / Awabakal

I'm guessing he'll be gone come contract time. The club doesnt even seem close to a Premiership, and debatable if even headed in the right direction, and he's given most or at least half his career so far. Ponga is a winner. Tedesco retiring soon, the Roosters will move heaven and earth

    2024 Jersey

I was salivating at the thought of being professionally owned and operated by Wests. Wests are a joke, my guess is Gardiner is a bean counter, and should be nowhere near running an NRL club, if he'd put his substantial ego aside when taking over the Knights we'd be well on the way to being a...

    Around the Grounds

The club management is unacceptably slow to get it's act together, there is zero sense of urgency to win, and that reflects in the clubs culture and on field performances. Ponga will be well retired and the club will still not have the fierce determination to be winners, and happy to be making...

If I was Ponga I'd be out the door next contract. Pains to say it but I see another Gidley, Mullen etc. Kids that gave their career to the club and nothing to show for it, and could have been so much more if they'd taken offers elsewhere.

while all of that is true the only metric is winning and here we are a decade later. There's no prize for pretty training grounds. Juxtaposed to Penrith in a similar situation to Newcastle . 10 yrs after almost being insolvent they made a GF and are now hoping for a 5th appearance in a row...

Newcastle Knights have been, and are Parramatta II. Perennial losers despite it's advantages and wealth of natural resources. Generational incompetence at management level. Wests Group have had the joint for 10 yrs and no Premiership in sight, few juniors developed and poor cap management...

    Sack Adam O'Brien

Yeh it really does stand out, the team does not put in and he compliments them. Dsaf has been allowed to phone it in for 2 years and be selected every week - a culture killing decision You can see as plain as day that the standards just arent where they should be. If winning starts at the...
