    Very well said mate. An average NRL player raking in 500k per season which is average money by their standards, earns more over their ten year career than most Australians would on the average wage in our country over their entire 40-50 year working life. Very elitist viewpoint from the OP.

    Might be to do with the fact that fullbacks in NRL are expected to learn to contest the high ball and put their body on the line in junior football, it isn't a skill that gets coached at NRL level.
