    This is one of the things I've been thinking this morning - I never want to see Sifa at centre again. In-game cover for injuries is fine, but naming him there, no thanks.     Fair call JC. I broke my ankle 2 years ago. It was swollen for a year and was a good 5-6 months of limping. Obviously he has access to better physio/rehab than I do, but it's a bitch of an injury. I still limp.
