Match Discussion: Round 3 vs Melbourne @ McDonald Jones Stadium, New Lambton / Awabakal

No sure I would say it was a massive improvement. Tough to call it an improvement at all really Same issues as weeks 1 and 2 just against a team who were worse Our line speed and contact is just awful. We'd have to be the worst team in the comp at controlling the ruck

Match Discussion: Round 3 vs Melbourne @ McDonald Jones Stadium, New Lambton / Awabakal

Story is Hastings was told he was being dropped and AOB gave him the option to sit out Tuesdays recovery session (swim, stretch, massage) not aNSWCup training session He sat it out then returned to training yesterday Bit of a media beat up

    Sack Adam O'Brien

No he doesn't do it always mate, it's infact rare he'll come into a presser and crap on his players On the few occasions he's done it it has been later in the season when his guys are in the top 8 and they have underperformed in a game. He doesn't do it 2 games in and he doesn't do it when the...

Because Bellamy knows his players and how they will respond. He's only done it a very small number of times when he's felt it was required. He doesn't do it every time they lose

    Sack Adam O'Brien

Expecting the coach to air to the public what messages he's giving to the players is peak naivety. Heaping pressure on the playing group when the media and fans are already doing it is counter productive to say the least None of the good coaches do it. None

I suspect it's more than likely he's injured given the obvious state of his ankle 2 major injuries there and the last 1 from the 1st not healing properly. Given his kick metres from the last 2 games, or more accurately his lack of kick metres, I'm sceptical we see him back anytime soon

Match Discussion: Round 2 vs North Qld @ Queensland Country Bank Stadium, Townsville / Wulgurukaba

Hastings wasn't even our half for the good games we played in that winning streak anyway, Clune was Looks like Hastings is being "dropped" this week but I suspect it's because he's hurt. The guy is a competitor so I'd think he'll be back but he probably shouldn't be, the way his ankle is I'd...

His ankle mustn't be 100%. He is our halfback and most if not all our kicking was done by Gamble and Ponga

As much as any backrower is a ball player, which admittedly isn't all that much Point is moving KPP to lock is moronic for any number of reasons

Cowboys are gonna walk all over our pack then carve up our edges Nth Qld by 18

Match Discussion: Round 1 vs Canberra @ McDonald Jones Stadium, New Lambton / Awabakal

Wut? We were at our best when we had Fitzgibbon, a ball playing backrower, on the left. Moving KPP to lock where he will do donkey work and rarely get an opportunity to get 1v1 with a wider player is......well it's just stupid mate

Yep We're the 2024 version of the 2023 Cowboys for sure

Trial 2: Newcastle Knights v Melbourne Storm - Saturday 24th February - Churchill Park Fiji

Sure, however the main role of a 14 these days is to spell your hooker or 13 so in saying that I think Cogger is the best option there

    NRLW

Our inside players were good enough to cover her. She was awful

    NRLW

Strange made awful reads in defence. There were times my 12yo son was even yelling at the telly for her to hold her width and trust her inside players when she unnecessarily jammed in and made soft contact

    2024 Team

Brisbane: Flegler Farnworth Capewell Penrith: Kikau Korisau Crighton The reality is the top teams actually DO lose players like Dom, every year

    2024 Jersey

Well we basically wore the same style from 1988 to 1996. Fair to say that that would be our traditional jersey as it was the longest in use and the clubs 1st
