    It's frustrating how Australia winning against smaller teams is seen as a negative whilst the All Blacks who have NEVER lost a round 1 pool game in Union World Cup history (31 in total) .Thrashing most nations including Japan 145-17 in 1995 is seen as great sport.

    Whilst I agree with you on the numbering I do believe we copied Magic Weekend from SL seemed to work ok. Given that English RL has to compete with the EPL and a very strong rugby union they do quite well. How do we go up against AFL?

    In victoria the afl get money for all sorts of facilities barely a complaint. Currently geelong are getting an upgrade to their stadium.

    Hate it. However back in the day touring squads all had squad numbers. Lions, Kangaroos, Kiwis and French teams. For example Reg Gasnier wore No.7 on the 1963 Tour of UK and France. Johnny Raper was No.15 and captain Ian Walsh No.25.

    We are giving him everything for peanuts whilst the AFL get a motza. For example Super Saturday is worth a heap to Foxtel whilst they are paying a fortune to do the same in AFL.
