    Listening to a dickhead like The Mouth Mundine wouldn't be doing him any favours. Isn't it the managers job to do what's best for their client? So a young bloke like LM doesn't have to stress over the negotiations? As others have suggested, one can only think that this must be his managers...

    Lets hope that if Latrines manager does come slinking back, that by then we've signed a couple of reliable players leaving 500k in the salary cap.     That's the thing though; we don't know if he is capable of turning up week in week out & put in 100% every game. He's so inconsistent, due I believe to a poor attitude. If he has The Mouth Mundine chewing on his ear one can all but guarantee that his attitude will only get worse.

    3. This pisses me off no end. I can remember when the refs only called knock-on if the ball went forward but I can't recall when it changed to any dropped ball. It unnecessarily stops the game. 4. Yes but wouldn't one tackle be enough of an advantage?

    Yeah, nah. As you say, the roots of our game are in rugby union, not gridiron. It would make for fewer close games. So you'd be ok with a field goal being the same as a conversion? Why not simply raise a tries value to 5 points instead, considering your argument?

    Weren't tries originally worth 3 points? At a guess I'd say that a try was increased to 4 points, leaving a conversion at 2, so that it's worth more than a field goal. Not that I'm sure that the point system should be changed but if it was for arguments sake, would it not be better to increase...
