Match Discussion: Round 25 vs South Sydney @ Accor Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park / Wanngal

It'll be an outrageous failure if that comes to pass, but I can certainly see it happening.

    Rumoured Targets 3

Well that's somewhat encouraging! Is the kid a nepo-baby (I assume he's Brads kid), or can he actually play?

Match Discussion: Round 25 vs South Sydney @ Accor Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park / Wanngal

Honestly, putting Cogs at 7, Pryce at 6 and Phoenix back to hooker is much better than what has been named. Cogs and Phoenix are both shit halfbacks, you don't lose or gain much there... but honestly it would strengthen the hooking rotation to have Phoenix start there again - and there is value...

Jesus don't even joke about this. No no no no no.

    2024 Injuries and Suspensions

Can't we just put Pryce in? We don't know if he's an NRL player or not yet, but we definitely know Cogger isn't.

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Cronulla @ PointsBet Stadium, Woolooware / Dharawal

It's not about payback or punishment, it's about limping over the line to a "pass mark" versus shining a light on issues to actually get them fixed. It's about signing our coach to a 12 month extension versus a 3 year golden handjob for a run of 10 good games. When we have major issues in the...

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Cronulla @ PointsBet Stadium, Woolooware / Dharawal

Halfback is the main key... I think the rest is almost academic if we can't fix that. I am encouraged by a lot of things in our squad, but the halves are a massive question mark with no clear solution. Even on the off chance we get Pezet, he's no guarenteed silver bullet either. A season...

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Cronulla @ PointsBet Stadium, Woolooware / Dharawal

Naw, you're so brave! lol. I think you're all taking this far too seriously. I made a toothy blowjob joke with my tongue firmly in cheek, and Alex got his panties in a twist (after being the aggressor taking little pot shots at Haffa and Woody earlier in the thread). That's about the sum of it...

    2024 Injuries and Suspensions

Yep, but it is where we are at. Not easy to see the way out of it. We need some careful manouvring with our roster in the next 12 months because there's plenty to like in there, and i'm encouraged by the talent filtering through our systems... but the wage thieves have to go and be replaced by...

    2024 Injuries and Suspensions

Sadly for us he's only got on the field 12 times this year. Hasn't helped us.

We'll probably go out and play alright now that the pressure is off. Would love to see Pryce back in. I think if he's any chance of providing us with something down the track then he needs as many reps as possible.

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Cronulla @ PointsBet Stadium, Woolooware / Dharawal

I wasn't really thinking about it through the lens of a professional foul. If that's the case fair enough, but then I'd have to know where the line is drawn on flops in the attacking area and it being a professional foul. We're surely not pretending that this doesn't happen all the time. I'm...

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Cronulla @ PointsBet Stadium, Woolooware / Dharawal

I'm a bit half half on the Crossland binning... and i'd need the facts cleared up a bit first. AOB said in the presser that it was the 3rd infraction by us in the entire game to that point. If that's the case, and Phoenix got a warning on what was essentially our second infraction of the half -...

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Cronulla @ PointsBet Stadium, Woolooware / Dharawal

The emotion of the year being over combined with the conviction one has when the calls were so obviously and blatently dubious. Glad he let rip but it won't change a thing so it's pointless.

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Cronulla @ PointsBet Stadium, Woolooware / Dharawal

A few disorganised thoughts... - McCarthy - shaky start but came good. Already a better option than Maps, which is encouraging. Made a lot of great tackles on Ramien. - Crossland - worst game since the dark years. Truly shithouse. - What's happened to Leo? 6 runs for 37 metres... throw in 6...

Match Discussion: Round 24 vs Cronulla @ PointsBet Stadium, Woolooware / Dharawal

Challenged on what mate? I don't think I need to sit here and convince anyone that that was a difficult game to watch, and not a lot of fun. I know we're all forever masochists-in-training here, but we're not quite on your level of enjoying it yet. Give us some time. Can we please talk about...

I was super happy for McCarthy that he really turned it around after the first 10 minutes. Got some footy in him, and went looking for work and took some important carries. Came up trumps twice on those high balls too!

Well we certainly won't have to strive for anything better whilst we have the best fans in the league like yourself around. We're all clapping for you. You are the wind beneath the wings of every performance like that. I just want better, and I'm exhausted from waiting. I'm sorry that offends...
