    Rumours and Stuff

The most predictable thing about our attack is that we don't build enough pressure and try to score on every play inside the opposition 20 rather than be patient and put pressure on their defence - thats what we did in our regular season wins over Penrith. Basic football and pressure limits how...

    Rumours and Stuff

Certainly has slowed up at the moment.... been lots of shuffling to help Benji long term in his role but it's a lot for a player with very little coaching experience regardless of the brains trust around him. Richardson used the media in his past roles very well.

    Someone should tell Michael Carayannis....

    Rumours and Stuff

Plenty of simmering issues between he and Benji. Given they have invested heavily in Benji he doesn't need added irritations behind the scene so it was always going to happen. Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaay won't rip into them as its not a part of his agenda.

Shocking shot from Khawaja for that dismissal.... Rain or Pakistan for the win IMO.

The track record your club has had with long term contracts and attracting star players from other clubs.

Which players are you most interested in 2024

I feel you are talking out your arse.... The calibre of the player isn't part of the injury. If they aren't available then you have to replace them with someone. It upsets defensive patterns as players are defending outside someone new each week or having to learn a new combination in attack...

Don't disagree. He just looks fit this time. Last year he was much bigger than he appears at the moment.

Looks like it however he boxed at the end of 2022 and didnt come back looking this fit.

Which players are you most interested in 2024

We started the season with 16 contracted players and had to draft in Lumelume to field a side. We lost Lane, Greig, RCG, Matterson, Hodgson, Doorey, Ofehengaue, Davey, Dunster, Rein, Cini, Loizou and Blake for long periods throughout the season. We had two forwards playing in the centres in NSW...

Which players are you most interested in 2024

Looking at this photo, Junior has dropped a few kilos. Possibly the fittest I have seen him in some time. Be interested to see how well the weight drop helps him this year.

    Spagnolo standing for re-election

Much like Spagnolo he has promised five premierships with little substance to back it up other than "spending money in different places" and "signing younger guys to get them cheaper"..... based on that suggestion alone I don't think he has the nous to run his mouth let alone an NRL club.

Will the Telegraph be including a sheet of sandpaper in one of their editions this week as a tribute to Warner's retirement ala the red hankie they did for Steve Waugh?

    Spagnolo standing for re-election

At this stage no, we have had to make strategic plans to accommodate players though when big money offers have been made to sign the likes of Brown, Moses, Gutherson and others. If it was as easy as hindy seems to think it is to adjust our spending into the right areas while simply signing our...

    Spagnolo standing for re-election

If only it was that easy - every club would be doing it and not having to address salary cap issues when they win a premiership or when other clubs try to sign their better players. I stand by my comment.
