    Under no circumstances should they agree to 5 years for Ryles - he is totally untested. Whoever they sign must be able to attract talent to the club without costing overs and/or the ability to develop juniors otherwise they will fail. I'm not convinced Ryles could do this.

    Apparently Michael Cheika has thrown his hat in the ring to coach the Dragons. He is contracted to coach the Pumas for the Rugby World Cup in Sept but would be available in 2024. He would have access to plenty of good rugby backs? We could do with another Michael O'Connor. He is a good man...

    I said from the day we signed him - not first grade material. Add to that Amone/Sloane/Feagai x 2. Whoever says JDB is overpaid clearly has no idea on footy. Super effort whilst on.

    We are a joke - the backline is crap. The sin bin was joke. Special mention to JDB - amazing workload. I love what Hunt is doing but if he keeps this up - chances are he will injure himself.

    No. Scott Fulton going to Wests will drag them that way. Schuster is perfect as a 5/8 but if he continues to put on weight during the season and wants anything close to the 800K he is on - no thanks.

    Season is gone at end April - thats crazy! Most commentators are saying this is the best start to a season ever. Marry the two and its clear that the Dragons are no longer relevant to the success of the NRL. So sad.

    Totally agree - we just dont have the cattle and the club is under-resourced to attain such cattle. So unless a new coach has incredible aura and connections they will not move the needle and we will be in the same position in 2-3 years.
