    Its a tough situation, what do you do as a club/coach. You have to only have 17 on game day but you do need to be able to have other players available. You also want those players to know the systems and the players they will be playing with. Sending back a bucket load of u20s players does...

    Its not just 4 weeks a year. All these players are playing the NSW or QLD Cup competitions and the standard of these competitions are getting better and better.

    To Cronulla's credit they have taken over Conulla-Carrinbah's Harvey Norman team and not just in a notional extent. From what I hear they are providing good resources and looking after them properly

    Its a double headed thing, gives a perceived pathway but along with everything RL a decent whack of nepotism. RL is also a sbuject game, I have seen several players that I thought were rubbish with low work rates, yet their coach loved them. I have also seen it the other way round too
