    Effectively scott free then :) . I think you can argue that he should not be picked for Australia regardless.     I think Beattie and Greenburg should be stood down for bringing the game into disrepute.     no wrestle in minis, although some idiots do try and teach kids that. When I have coached the little ones I love when they tackle around the legs, but its more about getting them confident to put their body into the tackle safely. I had a kid in the u7s last year that tackled like a demon round...

    Apart from the development officers that go around schools etc, It is none. The NSWRL have one staff member that has a decent presence which may or may not be unique The Roosters NRL club fund their own junior league.

    you probably would not understand but that is fact. Its something I do feel strongly about, but can see without influence as I come from an environment where the junior clubs are funded very well, just not by the NRL
