    Well for starters, the reason NRL goes crap in the middle of Origin is because of things like that and I would say that doing that sort of thing at the start of the season would also increase injury risk. I think there would be more clubs whinging then there are now.

    I just love how everyone makes the automatic assumption that if someone is part Aboriginal, no matter how small, they would want to represent the Indigenous side instead of the "other" Australian side. Maybe people like all parts of their parents' backgrounds and not just one.

    I'm not sure how good it would be for recovery to play and then fly and play the next day. I still think the best option is to play it over the Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You could have some cheaper tickets on the Friday night and people could go straight from work and just watch one round...

    It's hard enough trying to watch it in my airconditioned lounge room, let alone in the heat at the moment. It will be even worse tomorrow. The players don't seem to even know how to play this style of football. I think I would rather watch the Super Rugby, and that is saying something.

    If it is going to be in Australia at this time of year, they need to spread it over Friday, Saturday and Sunday so that most games can be played late afternoon and evening. Have round 1 on Friday night Round 2 and 3 on Saturday arvo/night QF/SF/Final on Sunday

    Not sure what the rules were around it in the Newcastle game, but as long as it is limited to tries only. I would also give a directive to the bunker that on field referee decisions on obstruction and double movement can only be overturned when it is blatant and there is overwhelming evidence...

    I think it is a pretty good choice. I was very impressed when I saw him live a couple of years ago. There is never going to be an act where everyone thinks they are fantastic. Certainly not an act that the NRL can afford.

    They should just ensure that each team only has to host only one MNF game a season and let them market the hell out of it or even let them take it to a regional venue. Restrict it to only 16 rounds of the year.

    I think with rep games, the winners should be getting twice as much as the loser. Currently with Origin they both get the same payment.
