    Cleary was very cagey in the presser about both Kenny and Luai. Does anyone know what is wrong with Kenny in particular? Will he be back next week?

    I was at the game live last night, and I noticed Chricton seemed to hurt his forearm arm (and nearly left the field). To’o and Martin both also seemed to hurt their shoulders late in the game. I haven’t seen anything reported on it but wouldn’t be surprised to see some or all of them sitting out...

    It is going to be a wet game. That could make a difference. Quite possibly plays in the Sharks hands a little, given our forwards won't be as mobile in the wet, and their pack is slightly bigger.

    I was at the game, and was shocked to hear the crap that Robinson was going on with in the commentary about how the referees robbed the Roosters. A tonne of decisions went the Roosters way that I was shocked were not pulled up. Sitili hit Kikau with a shoulder to the head in the first half...

    We aren’t a good wet weather team. Kills our ability to do everything at speed. Increases the chances of errors too. I’d almost say the Storm are favourites in these conditions.

    Losing To’o and JFH (with Leota already gone) is going to absolutely kill us in coming weeks. I just don’t see where our metres will come from. We need at least 2 out of those three playing to be a chance. We are going to go through a pretty rough period for however long they are out.

    Losing Welch for the season is huge for the Storm. He is their best prop. Their depth is worse than ours in the middle now with Finucane having gone to the Sharks and Kamikamica almost certainly gone for the season with his criminal charges. The Storm are also going to be weak on one wing...

    I am pretty sure Ivan will start Huth and otherwise keep the team unchanged. Huth is a good defender and can soak up the opening 20 minutes before Sorenson then comes on (and Leniu later in the game).

    It was only one game, and wasn't against an FG side, but Salmon was tackling really well yesterday. He didn't seem to be having any issues with defence. We never relied on Capewell to make metres, he was very much a defensive forward for us. I suspect they are testing to see whether or not...
