    I had a look at cap breaches up til 2010. I can't for the life of me work out how we can be so screwed by media and nrl . 50k is F all in the big picture of breaches occured , surely we didn't say watmo get 2mill in tpa's and we're all sweet? It looks like the clubs who had breaches in money...
