    I'm not a fan of Gus but he made a good point yesterday when talking Addo-Carr. He said you need to put the club first, the team second and the individual third. Looking at Hunt over the last 8 years and it's individual first, second and third.

    We have a bottom 4 roster and we get to see that in action every two weeks when the team plays like they did yesterday. Flano has done an excellent job to get them where they are but we're still 4-5 first grade players short of being a consistent top 8 team.

    We need to have a plan in place to become that club that quality players cannot say no to. It looks to me like we're relying too much on Flanno to get the deal done but he needs help and the recruitment people in charge can only ever recruit the rejected/no one else wants or 34+ year old players.

    At least this club is consistent. Whenever there is a quality coach/QUALITYplayer/recruitment manager in demand by more than 1 other club we continue to end up with zero. We can only EVER pull off a signing when the coach/qualityplayer/recruitment manager has no other options and no one else...
