    Normally players are hyped up and they can't make the next step, he is only 18 so it is early days But I have watched them 3 times, every game he was the best player on the field. So it is a good start

    Matt's should go close to winning it. Ball has the usual problem of providing players to Flegg. Still good that they are producing depth. Flegg are a machine, their forward pack would destroy the Dragons and Manly NRL packs

    I used the score comparison after round 2, that the hasn't been much change. The rules barely changed. The interpretation of a blocking when taking a catch has and the hands on the ball change but for quality of the game long term. Both of those should clean up parts of it

    They have very few islanders over there. AFL has 90'000 juniors Rugby 13,000. You would think as Rugby is a basketcase some will transfer across. Not sure what interest if any the AFL ones have to come across, particularly as we have seen how dirty they play here in NSW

    Where will those juniors play to get better though? PNG feeds into QCup. Newcastle has decent junior numbers, have Ball and Matt's teams, a decent local comp and still are shit in NRL

    Xerri only played in the 19 because Sua needed NSW Cup game time. I hope they play Xerri because Galvin is one 7 that Schneider might actually be better than. Galvin O'Sullivan is a better balanced halves pairing
