    Since when was wearing the Australian flag as a cape etc, racist? Plenty of uncovered patriot faces in the crowd ...check the Daily Mail Australia's website today. Some people cover their faces so their employers can't see them. One of their placards read "No child brides for Australia"...

    It is. And all you wrote is very true. And don't forget he plays for the most hated team in the NRL. Their are many valuable lessons for men to learn from this case, no matter its path and result.

    What if the man is trying to leave the scene of the heated argument and the woman in blocking his way and is in his face? Is he allowed to try to move her aside gently?...or does he just have to stand there being abused?

    As I remember it, GI admitted to assaulting his girlfriend, ...with no conviction being recorded against him. From memory the assault he did was that he pushed her away and she sustained an injury of some sort, maybe muscular or hit something...the case was some time ago. I can't post links...

    Let's just deal with the "physical violence" perpetrated on all these women by "someone known to them", probably their husbands/partners in most cases. Has anyone investigated and detailed just why that is, why it happens? ...and what is called "physical violence"...

    NRL may consider fines instead of suspensions for grade-one judiciary offences

    Sounds like a good idea to me. As many of the NRL's star players as possible should be on show every week...not sitting in the stands suspended for grade one offences.

    Take it before the courts with every charge possible? The cops are supposed to have evidence before they go charging people with crimes. Or maybe that's what used to happen in NSW when the cops-legal system was seemingly fairer than it is today. If SKD gets shafted the non-Aboriginal...
