    NSW Cup 2008 season

Yep, that I might but your Huge step backwards comment is off and I think you know that. It is always hard when a club losses a player in these circumstances but the players have a valid reason and it is simply that he is not enjoying his footy at the Jets and sometimes that happens.

    Jim Beam Cup 2008 season

Interesting. Guess the Roosters have the final say where he plays.

    NSW Cup 2008 season

Confirmed, he will more than likely play this weekend against Shellharbour

    Jim Beam Cup 2008 season

Great, the more strong clubs the better the comp. I dont think Donny will break his contract with the Roosters to come and play for Cabramatta.

    NSW Cup 2008 season

One for you Blue. Luke Branighan to Cabra.

    Jim Beam Cup 2008 season

Rumour has it that Branighan has departed from the JEts and therefore will not play for the Rhino's again. Instead he will line up with Cabramatta on the weekend. Silly of the Jets to let him go.

    Jim Beam Cup 2008 season

Fair enough, but surely the top three teams would deserve to be represented a bit better than that. I wish them well and hope they can get the cash. You just have to wonder if it is fair dinkum or not.

    Jim Beam Cup 2008 season

What do you guys think of the JBC rep team that has been announced? I have just read on another forum that the top sides dont make their players available but I know for a fact that that is not the case and that the majority of players from the Bulls, Windsor and Mounties were available but...

    Cabra 2008 JBC

Ummm, I meant the team, the cheerleaders are pretty good though.

    Cabra 2008 JBC

Great...I will be there. Had to go and watch Mounties on Sunday to see for myself what they are like and have to confess I like what I see.

    Jim Beam Cup 2008 season

Mmmm, cant say that you have an argument there with the top teams all having a feeder arrangement with NSW Cup teams. With the exception of Wenty and maybe CHester Hill all of them seem to be benefiting by the arrangement.

    Cabra 2008 JBC

Great win by Cabra and much needed with the Rhino's also winning and Shellharbour getting beaten it moves them closer to the top four. Good to see the kid score on debut, not once but twice, what a memory that will be. Where were the Cheerleaders? Surely Cabra didn't forget to tell them or maybe...

    Cabra 2008 JBC

Guess it could be true then. Might try and get to Cabra on the weekend to watch the Blues and Reds. it should be a nice tight game.

    Cabra 2008 JBC

Interesting, from what I hear Mounties will base their senior league out of their Manly club and therefore will not have to obtain permission from Parra to play in any comp and have already done a deal with Manly for this to happen.

    Cabra 2008 JBC

Maybe the refs need to be treated to some Cabra hospitality and then maybe you might get a fair go. How are Cabra going in A Grade? What is the comp like? I have heard that Mounties A Grade will be playing in the Wests or Penrith comp next year because the competition is not well run!!!!

    Jim Beam Cup 2008 season

Great win by the Reds, Erina sure aren't easy beats so it might be the start of a second round push by the Reds.

    Jim Beam Cup 2008 season

Bad luck to Cabra, I thought they had that game for a moment. Will certainly miss Trotter if he has broken his ribs and will be hard to replace. Shellharbour appear to be a dark horse and are travellinjg along nicely. From what I hear Mounties win against Chester Hill was all over the minute the...

    Parra Juniors

Seriously, the Parra NRL (who ultimately have responsibility for the JRL) have to take a complete look at their junior system and listen to their junior club. I know it might be a big ask but they need to put the politics aside and that might mean a complete cleanout of the officialdom, but they...

    Parra Juniors

mmmm, nothing wrong with the junior system you say. How about the fact that certain clubs are well looked after by the district club while the others have to fight it out to get a fair go and retain their juniors from predator clubs that the junior league actively support. The JRL hierarchy...

    Parra Juniors

What is wrong with the Parra JRL system? Parra spend a lot of time developing young players and then fail to keep them blaming the salary cap. Surely they can plan a lot better than they are for these situations.
