The Mitsubishi Electric Bulldogs have signed forward Danny Williams to a two-year contract (2008-09). Williams, 21, was a Queensland U/19 representative and a Junior Kangaroo. He was a member of the Roosters 2007 fulltime squad, playing five NRL games for the Club. Bulldogs coach Steve Folkes...

    MASON wants OUT

Wasnt Mason resigned about the same time when Asotasi left the club...more or less they couldnt fit them both in under the salary cap. I so wish the Dogs had kept Asotasi...no headlines apart from him ripping it up on the field.

Who do you want to see gone?

    - Corey Hughes definitely needs to go....makes no impact. A couple of try assists just wont do. I still like the roberts/sullivan combo. it wont happen, but i can dream...cant I. - Sherwin has one more year left in NRL, so maybe look to phase him out if he doesnt perform early. Not sure what...

Patten named player of the year

I wont argue with those awards. Patten and Sonny Bill were by far the best players for the Dogs. Congratulations to all winners.

    Future Playmakers?

I think the future for roberts is in the dummy half position, with him and sullivan rotating the duties. That frees up holdsworth and the new kids, barba and groom. Still have to wait for Sherwin's next move. I dont think he will get another contract or atleast at the same $$$$$ he was offered...

NSW Sliders take Gold at the 2007 Pacific Rim International

The Ottawa Icemen had won their last 4 games in a row to make it into the bronze medal play off vs the QLD Cyclones. QLD lost the semi final to ACT 2-1 and were hoping a win over the Icemen would give them the bronze. Things started well for QLD with Ottawa Icemen Deni Forgues taking a roughing...

NSW Sliders take Gold at the 2007 Pacific Rim International

The NSW Sliders have won the first ever Pacific Rim International Tournament defeating arch rivals the ACT Flames by 3 goals to 0. The Flames had the early advantage when Nathan Lawler was sent for a charging foul. NSW killed the penalty and began to mount their own pressure. Six minutes into...

Name Your Dogs Side for 2008

I cannot see Ryan playing front row but its not like backrowers havnt made the transition before, so anything is possible. Ben Roberts should be at dummy half. Looking at the stats, he made more line breaks than both Hughes and Perry and actually more line breaks than alot of other players. He...

    If thurston gets off..

For the sake of the game, i hope he gets off! I am not a fan of the cowboys, or the sea eagles, but for this game to be any good, he needs to play. The Cowboys will be carved up by the Eagles. We saw what happened when he came off in round 25 against the Dogs and we all know how good the...

an article on the Bulldogs Website regarding the players leaving the club; http://www.bulldogs.com.au/main.php?page=article&id=1344 I was wondering if people know where these players are heading, because no major announcement has been made. Adam Perry Mark O'Meley - Sydney Roosters Aaron...

    Sack Hazem!!

I actually think el masri may finish at the end of next year. I am sure they will allow him to get the 140+ points needed to break the pointscorers record, then he will start to fade away. Its true....his form is not great anymore....his goal kicking is off. the sherwin kick again to elmasri...
