    They're in talks with at least one club that I know of - one that ISC has done previously. From what I understand their goal is to have two or three in both the AFL and NRL, but primarily they (ISC) want to use the UA branding to get into sports like soccer and basketball at the local levels...

    The alternate jersey is primarily red - that is enough. People saying that it should be worn in every game at Wollongong or whatever are kidding themselves, why would the club trash their most recognizable branding tool for something that was around for 15 years? People in their early 30s...

    The Dragons have used their Captains Run jersey for the Charity Shield in past seasons so that could be why it has the NRL logo but yes, could also be a heritage. I would like this to be the alternate with the regular crest - easily the better of the two Steelers designs IMO

    This appears to be the Dragons 2025 Alternate - based off the 1996-98 Steelers design. No idea why it's taken 25 years to come up with it.     Yeah, that would be my guess. From what I have heard ISC are pretty ticked off with the delay because Souths are one of their biggest sponsorships and they won’t have anything much out for sale over Xmas which traditionally is one of the busiest times for sales (or so I’m told).

    My guess is the bottom of the chevrons was probably chopped off by the Crown logo - if they had say, TigerAir on the front of the jersey it would fit comfortably under the chevrons. I guess we will have to wait and see!

    They retail for that much because the NRL charge an extortionate amount for licensing of logos and colours. Why else would an Xblades/ISC/CCC etc AFL guernsey cost $110 but an NRL jersey by the same cost $160? I was told that the NRL raised the fees again in 2019 which would’ve bumped retail...

    Was chatting to a contact at ISC and he said that Souths are still waiting on major sponsors - which means that they (ISC) haven’t been able to produce jerseys or much off-field gear for sale over the Xmas period.

    I’ve got a copy of the original ISC artwork for some of the training gear and it is dated February 2018 so the 2019 range would’ve been in production probably not long after.

    I assumed it was a mistake or a draft rule that was never ratified but I'd be interested to know why it has two contradictory rules and the one in the main section of the book specifically refers to the NRL finals.
