    Down talking a 186 point win? The cats are back in town! While we have an easy run home, our journey here was far from easy and only dropping two games was terrific from the team.

    A 40 point comeback, and a choke after the siren is the best a bottom of the ladder match can possibly deliver. I think every AFL supporter (bar the 5 port supporters) were barracking for the gold coast in the end. Looks like GC is doing its job, many on here admitting to watching it!

    Apparently Ablett's (:x) head is all over the place on the gold coast, and there is quite a bit of buz, particularly around draft time. They have processed over 3,000 memberships in the past week.

    They're playing in the new NEAPL league, which includes teams from the QAFL (incl GC reserves, Lions reserves, NT) and teams from Canberra/Sydney (incl Swans reserves, Giants).

    The swans are back playing a final at ANZ this weekend under similar circumstances as 2008. Will they learn from their mistakes, and actually pull a good crowd? How many of the 36,000 that went to the SCG last week will make the treck to ANZ?

    Went up to sunny Brisbane the other week to see the cats play the lions. Wore my cats jumper into the city and got no less than 6 people shouting out football related comments to me. Strolled to the Gabba and took my seat in a stadium alongside 33,000 other people.

    What do you mean "where they are supposed to be"??? They can go where ever they want to go! They are a business, and business' choose their location based on where they think they will be most successfull. No-one can decide location but them and stop thinking you can.

    2010 Crowd Watch

    Up in Sydney on the weekend and had Friday night off so went and saw the GF replay. Bit disappointing crowd, but it was pissing down rain and the people around me definently made up for the atmosphere. I'd prefer 7,000 or 8,000 or whatever it was at Parra than 10,000 at ANZ though.
