    Immo Gus & Flanno are both keeping $$$ aside for the next A-grade prop available. Someone on the JFH/AFB/Tapine etc level. May isn't that yet & neither is Leo Thomson. NRL is a funny business with contract not really binding unless in extreme situations.

    Is Lodge really any better than our current fwds? He's injury prone, has exited numerous clubs in unflattering manner (culture issues) & isn't young. I don't want to waste a roster spot on him. He isn't worth it imo, rather trial Rava as fwd before Lodge.

    No chance he returns to us, we've got his role filled by Kyle who is way cheaper. He really should look to go to a good development club like storm, panthers or chooks.

    Could we entice both Lachlan & get his dad an assistant coaching role? Lachlan would be a better option than a Douehi imo. The only issue with Douehi is his injury history, if it's a 1+1(club option) deal for Douehi that would be a good low risk/high return play.

    Cook C, Su'a VC then Su'a C in 2026. Let Su'a learn from a real leader & get some familiarity with the extra stuff a captain needs to do before going in that role fulltime.

    It was odd seeing Luch play prop & taking the 1st hit up. Surely Luc is a better lock option than Asiata or could even play 5/8th.
