    I started as a junior batch clerk at ANZ in QLD in 69. The most modern equipment was an adding machine with tape.     Reminds me of young people in the workforce. Got all the certificates but no practice experience to back it up and wants to be top dog before earning the right. Imo he needs to take on a Qcup or NSWcup HC role and show what he's capable of before he gets the top Job.

    Didnt you learn anything during the last few years. Rules only apply when needed depending who the player or club is. eg. Touching the ref, biting, head high tackles.

    FWIW I think he's gone OK. His defence has been steady and with the captain primarily played right side, which apart from being predictable also starved him of opportunity in attack.

    I agree Rev. Also someone recently mentioned he needs to create a siege mentality and I think this is happening. The only players talking/complaining are the two that have left. I bet there are pretty edited orders for discussing players movements-recruitment outside the group

    I'm no expert on contracts but surely some incentives + penalty clauses could be negotiated.
