    Queensryche!!

'Twas a sensational gig, well worth the 18+ year wait. I had them well and truly marked down as a band i'd never get to see. Lived up to every expectation i had of them as a live band, and i wholeheartedly agree: Jet City Woman was brilliant!

Steve Vai is possibly the greatest guitarist!

Yeah, that's me. I'd say i probably did discuss Poison & Blues with you. I got the Guitar Wars DVD at Utopia Records in Sydney. It cost me $95. You can order it from Japan but everywhere i tried woul've cost me upwards of $100 As for recommendations for Nuno & Paul, thats tough because i...

Steve Vai is possibly the greatest guitarist!

Nuno Bettencourt and Paul Gilbert are the two greatest guitarists alive IMO. I saw Nuno at The Basement 2 months back and it is the single greatest gig i have seen in my life. The man is a f#cking God. And i have a DVD from Japan called "Guitar Wars" which has Paul, Nuno, John Paul Jones & Steve...

    Cry Me A River, Ricko

The Roosters should go in with the defence that every Roosters player suffers from a severe case of 'Oxford Street Limp Wrists' and hence it would've barely hurt Fien at all.

    Mander

Asotasi was standing next to the Penrith markers so they couldn't get a clean shot at the dummy half who had taken a run.

    sims jaw??

Mander was talking to the video ref after Saints scored and said that Sims bottom teeth came through his lip. Very ugly. Great game to watch though, just a shame Saints got up as they were freaking atrocious.

    Security this Friday........

Completely agree with that. Don't let it reach the stage of brawling before you alert security. If racial insults or 'rapist' taunts are flying please alert security. Stamp out problems before major ones occur.

    Security this Friday........

I think there's a high possibility of a blow-up Moffo, although over at the Wall many Roosters fans are sying they won't be going so that should help things a touch

    Security this Friday........

With any luck their plans will involve gagging all Roosters supporters so that none can start in with the "f#cking rapist" crap again. Really i just hope everyone just keeps their mouths shut and doesn't bait each other. thats where all the trouble begins And if you want advice on where to...

    DID O'HARA PLAY?!

Ryan plays 80 minutes for the Dogs basically every week and was still going strongly in the 80th minute.

A Man who pays up @ Full Time...

Actually every single player has denied making that comment. The only people who heard the 'alleged' comment were journalists. The club investigated it, they asked the journalists to identify the player, but they refused and said that it was up to the club to find out. Given that they won't hand...

worst origin game for a while?

Any credibility you had went out the window when you listed Steven Price.

    Changes for Game 2

I agree. if they punt Mason it'll be for off-field stuff, not onfield as he looked dangerous whenever he touched the ball tonight, bar his one dropped ball. he used to throw those in every match but thats probably the first cold drop i've seen from him this year.

    Changes for Game 2

Are you f**king serious? He played the full 80 and was still going strong tackling anything that moved and making hit-ups at the end.

    Man Of The Match Joke

I may well be called biased for this being a Dogs supporter but Ryan was a machine. He was still going just as strongly at the end of the game as he was at the start. I could handle him moving to the bench but there's no way he should be dropped completely after the way he played. Having Ryan...

    Troy!

I saw it yesterday. i really enjoyed it. I thought the performaces by Brad Pitt, Eric Bana & Sean Bean were fantastic, the directing was great, the script was pretty good. HOWEVER Orlando Bloom was complete and utter rubbish, as was whoever played Helen. Just awful! Having said that, they...

    knights prooving critics wrong

I don't know if i'd go that far. The Dogs definitely were off their game. Go and watch the Knights first try. When Adam Woolnough can stride up the centre of the park like a centre past Mason & O'Meley and neither of them move to stop him at all, you know the Dogs are having a bad day. I'm...

    knights prooving critics wrong

I'd say we were lucky, very lucky you didn't beat us by more. The Dogs were ordinary from the opening minute, offered nothing and were rightfully smacked. Anyone who thinks we only tired in the 2nd half is kidding themselves. We were completely off our game and totally outplayed by the...

    Bill Harrigon's gone mad

If the rule were to go through I'd like to add an extra requirement: Bill Harrigan must referee the Dogs game the first weekend. 4 big tackles should be enough payback for years of pain.

    Bill Harrigon's gone mad

I've emailed it off in a letter to Rugby League Week in reply to the Harrigan article so i look forward to seeing if they print it
