Pretty daunting run of games coming up.
Sharks.
Cowboys
Bunnies.

Quite possible, we may start the season 0 from 5.

We then face the Raiders in Canberra - where we traditionally struggle.

Then the Storm at Storm HQ.

Scary stuff, I dont mean to be a negative nancy but I can't see this working out well for us...

Based on the last ten games we've played would we be confident of beating anyone?

That's the thing about the NRL, any team can pull something out their ass on any given day. I doubt we'll lose all of those games.

Prior to the current shitty run, our next most recent shitty run came to an end when we beat the Sharks at their own home ground. It was a bludger of a match played in the wet, Michael Witt landed a ridiculous conversion from the sideline in driving wind, and we won 12-2.

Can history repeat??

Plus both Round 4 and 5 are played at Mt Smart, hopefully the traditional home ground support will be worth a few points as well.

Yes I'm an optimist!

Lets just say if it comes down to a SJ sideline conversion - I would not be confident

Although I did say to a mate that SJ will win us a GF with a sideline conversion one day

It all hinges on our game against the Sharks. But we're bound to win at least one upset game.....right? I mean, typically we do fall down to the shit teams we should beat, and lift our game vs the big guns. Having said all that, I'm not particularly confident either.

If we get to 0 from 5, I'm pretty much done! I'll f**king start tramping or spend more time looking at porn or something! Or I might even try Heroin.

I was thinking this last night. We really needed to win on Saturday, and we really need to beat the Sharks this weekend. But on the bright side, we beat the Rabbits at home last year and the Cowboys aren't the best team away. I think though if we win one we will go on a bit of a streak, we need to anyway.

Sharks backing up from Monday night football, and there's also the unfolding dramas at the club (which could work for us or could work against us).

Cowboys will also be backing up from Monday night football and we play them at home.

Rabbitohs will be tough, but we have them at home too.

Winning 2 out of 3 is not out of the question.

The Rabbits games is after their match with the Dogs, hopefully it's a grudge match for them and with all the build up, they don't take us seriously

O/5. We are actually talking about 0 from about 14 by then won't we? Was it 9 losses in a row from the end of last year? We are none from 11 right now!

I'd just like a win. I'm not greedy. Just a win.
