parra in a spanking...roosters side is lacking big time, they won't be able to compete with the parra forwards

The trouble is that he simply cant lead around a team by himself. He's simply not a halfback and never will be. He played well last year when the pressure was off, and he didnt have to lead the team around as Smith did it well.
The Eels are one huge disappointment in 2008. That was horrible.

It stands to reason that we should question experts for predicting such a good season for Parra...
Surely this is a clear case of Michael Hagan simply being a very average coach?
They have a good, good team - they should have won this game tonight. But I can't help but feel that Hagon is simply not that good a coach.
He underperformed in Newcastle (helps with a Joey in the side sure, but no Joey, no Knights!), was wasted in Origin and now, the underperformance of his big names at the Eels is plain to see.
Maybe they'll come good - but the cards just aint looking good.
close game- shold be very good viewing.
sydney on paper have slighy better playter reputations, but that counts for nothing on the day.
Willie is gone, they lose something there no doubt, but anasta, pierce are still there, if they were in SOO then eels definately.
Since its at paramatter stadium another advantage for them, if at roosters home, definately them, but this one is tough to call.
So i'm going to bite the bullet and say eels by less than 6.
I wonder if eelsfan01 saw the game last night...
