Chooks were pretty good. A lot of tries from kicks.. but they do have a great kicking game.

No help from the ref.... thought they need to work on getting markers square. Penalty count 13-2 LOL

Very pleased with that effort considering the penalty count plus that's two good second half displays in a row from us now.
Is that the first time we kept an opponent scoreless in the second half this year?

Cummins agian showing why he should not be a ref at NRL level. He loses control of games and makes very confusing decisions due in part to him losing control. Im happy with the win and I think Cummins should be having a little more practice in NSW cup before he shows up in an NRL game again.

I have a strategy for teams playing Roosters when Cummins is refereeing. Punch, eye gouge, elbow, squirrel grip Anasta, anything will do. The more severe it is the worse we're likely to get penalised

Not going to read over the thread.

If it was in doubt before today, we're toast for 2008.

How can the ref ride you all game yet you can still lose by 26 ? It defies belief

Anasta is sensational to watch play at the moment, not getting the credit he deserves because of all this garbage that is carried with his name

Do'nt chuck it yet bro...the forwards juts need to do the hard yards.

Price will be better as he gets more games.

Problem is, even if the forwards get it together they still have to do extra work to carry the halves. Probably why the're struggling so much. Tired of carrying the extra weight.

Can't believe every backline Warrior has missed games this season except the one we all want gone. Hohaia hasn't missed a game, but lets face it, he's only filling in as well.

In 10 matches Rovelli has created 5 try assists and 2 line breaks. Head, Soward, Chase, and Mullen have all done it despite missing half the games this season, Dureau has created 4 try assists in 3 or so games, and every other regular halfback/five eight surpassed that mark in rounds 3-7. The ONLY halfback who hasn't surpassed Rovelli yet is Kimmorley, and he may well do that tomorrow night.

Despite how poor the Warriors have played the last 2 weeks the were in both games (as far as the scoreboard goes) until Rovelli both times created pivotal moments for the opposition that put us out of the contest. It's almost enough to make me wonder wh the forwards would want to dot he hard ards when it's consistently wasted.

The sad thing is Cleary won't drop him, and keeps making excuses for him. I'm beginning to question Cleary as much as the players. He actually said post match he thought we plaed well today. Yes, TODAY.

Today the Warriors played a Roosters side who score most of their points off kicks, yet they failed to put the playmakers under any pressure or get blockers to support the jumpers.

Laughable, what is Cleary doing with his time with the team during the week?

It certainly isn't running plays off Rovelli because if there is an overlap he will find a way to kill it.

Tate is an absolute log who couldn't beat his opposition number if his life depended on it.

Patrick Ah Van offers little.

Ropati is quality, but I wasn't impressed with his 5/8 play.

On a positive note that was a performance from Adien Kirk. He should hold down a first grade position if he can produce that.

I think the team needs mass changes, particularly in the backline.

1.Kirk (Give him a shot)
2.Tate
3.Shortland
4.Ropati
5.Vatuvei
6.Witt
7.Fein

9.Henderson
14.Hohaia
187.Rovelli

I don't understand the unwarranted hate he gets. I made a thread on it once, and other than the predictable Souths and Bulldogs hate, all it got was "he's overated" and vague baseless attacks on his personality, both off-field and on.

I'd been thinking interchange hooker as his running game is not at all bad... but your idea is better.

It absolutely horrifies me to hear that Cleary is not overly upset with our performance yesterday. The guy must be one of those "trying is as good as winning" people. Well f*ck that. If we are to be any chance of making the top 8 we need victories !!!!!!!Now!!!!!!!!

I don't care what he tries as long as he tries something other than leaving that bald freak in charge of my beloved team. Even for Rovelli's sake... I mean the guy must be borderline suicidal with the performances he has been putting in.

Gah
