Well, I thought Inu had two hands holding the ball just before Monoghan had his hand on it, so Inu then had possession of the ball. Monoghan can't ground it if its in Inu's control first, unless he loses it.

Well, now that we've seen the replay I don't know how you can say that they both didn't touch the ball simultaneously.
Furthermore, it wasn't even a simultaneous grounding. Inu is clearly picking up the ball, not grounding it. Otherwise why does he start running out of his own end with ball in hand?
