JayCar had a training session yesterday and was 90%. If he pulls up alright after today's session he will most likely start on the wing, Purts to the centre and Chalk to the bench as a utility.

The fact that he wasn't sent off for splattering Brophy's nose across his face is an absolute joke. This referee is the softest ref I've ever seen.

Hudson should not have been on the field to score that try. This referee has a lot to answer for for not sending the merkin off. Well, he should enjoy this game because after that shot, I can't see him playing again this year. 10 weeks at least.

Raiders started well to lead 10-0, but all the Dragons since. Just too good, and the Raiders have just scored their first try since they lead. In the meantime, the Dragons have racked up 28 points, now 28-16 with about 25 minutes to go.

A bit of feeling in this one, the Raiders boys don't seem to like Hudson all that much. Brophy has been extremely brave to play on despite a very badly broken nose and possible fractured cheekbone from the cowardly, nasty hit by Hudson. If that wasn't a send off, then there is no such thing as a send off in rugby league anymore.

The Hudson one was touch and go. It was a heavy shot but it could be argued he was simply try to effect the tackle.

I'd have sent him off but you can't blame him for only putting him on report.

In reality it's a good game, Canberra started strongly but the Dragons are brilliant attackers.

Get off it, there's been far more aggressive and deliberate incidents in rugby league. Quit the chest beating crap about how your precious player was wronged. It was a terrible tackle but geez you go on...
