This will be a fantastic game. It's a toss of the coin really but it will be a high scoring game I think. The Roosters usually turn it on the week after a poor performance but the Raiders at home, always tough to beat.

i can see Canberra scoring quite a few length of the field trys

especially if our compressed defence remains intact

Tupou and Soli will help our defence out wide heaps.

I havn't seen many length of the field tries with our compressed defence yet, even though it has been exploited to gain metres sometimes, especially last week when Grose had a shocker.

yes. but.......

The Raiders also lead the NRL when it comes to scoring long-range tries, with 14 posted so far in season 2008.

expect at least one imo

Well for the Roosters to win we have to do more in attack than we did last week. It seemed that all we had was a kick, I know they have been working but if that is all we have then the defence has a chance to get ready. We need more options.

So us scoring none of our tries through the kick last week means that all we had was a kick? o_O

Im pumped for this, ill be happy if we can put up a decent fight, if we can stick it to melbourne for 35 minutes im sure we can manage the same 35 minutes against this mob

Roosters by 12. I woke up today feeling very confident about our chances for some reason. I just hope Freddy has forced into them that every game is a challenge especially coming up to the finals.

Roosters have alot to play for after losing last week and Mason being voted the most overrated in the comp.
