WESTS Tigers skipper Brett Hodgson has passed a fitness test in a last-ditch bid to play in the NRL match against Cronulla at Leichhardt Oval.
Hodgson was desperate to play in the final home game of his NRL career after battling a leg injury.
The veteran custodian is heading to the English Super League next season.

Hodgson's availability is good news for the Tigers, who lost hooker Robbie Farah to an ankle injury.
The Sharks, who are reeling from one of the most tumultuous weeks in the club's history, following the standing down of New South Wales and Australia player Greg Bird, haven't beaten the Tigers since 2003.
