Entertaining game, pretty good. Sometimes the defence looked pretty bad but that doesnt really bother me if im going to see end to end stuff.

Exciting stuff. It's a shame how much our defence has fallen by the wayside over the past month, but we'd have to be the most entertaining side in the comp with the way we're throwing the ball around.

Oh and joel caine fan, you really mustn't rate the rest of your side with an attitude like that. IMO aside from a sprinkling of nuffies in the backline and bench, the Tigers have a fairly strong all-round squad.

dencent win u guys are top 4 u should of put 50 on a team missing there 2 best attacking players

its funny how most people said tigers forwards were weak yet they have been great all year

how does that add up? losing 2 attacking players does not affect your defense, just your attack. Unless Benji and Farah put in a lot of effort in defense, that statement does not make sense.

Caine makes a fair point. Honestly I'm a little dissapointed in my side, in the past month or so we've let in so many points. Mind you I believe those points come as a result of our side's development. Our backline is fairly inexperienced and our forwards are yet to make their impact. That being said Caine I find it humerous you'd come out and have the nerve to say something critical about the opposition team. You should be proud of your teams efforts rather than critical of my teams shortcomings.

Either way, I'm content with the two points.

Broncs hang on against Tigers to go top of the table

The Brisbane Broncos have defeated the Wests Tigers 34-22 in a high scoring contest at ANZ Stadium this evening.

The match was seen as an opportunity for the Tigers to hit the Broncos hard when they were without key players such as Justin Hodges but it didn’t quite work out that way.

The Broncos led 16-0 at half time and I was prepared to call it there and then but the Tigers to their credit came back and narrowed the gap to only four points late in the second half and looked like they were going to overrun the Broncos and steal the match.
Read on here for the full match report

A very entertaining performance attacking-wise from both sides, love to see more games played like that. For us though, that was again a fairly inconsistent defensive effort. We're quite strong at holding off the attack under pressure, but again too many soft defensive mistakes when gaps really should've been closed up. That's the 4th week in a row we've let in 3 or more tries I think. Needs improving.

By the way, i'll see Caine's loss of attacking maestros Bungy and Farah and raise him Hodges running rings around that turnstile Lawrence.

We all have our injury problems, champ.

As well as when the tigers knocked the ball on and out over the broncos deadball line and the broncos had a goal line dropout instead of a 20 metre restart.

That would have to be one of the most entertaining games i have seen for awhile.

Good to see Hunt actually back to his attacking best. It was this sort of form that saw him get picked for Australia, haven't seen it for a long time.
