Goodwin played OK but his indiscipline was appalling.

If anyone deserved a point for the Raiders.... Plum or TLL.

Far out. I've seen some howlers in my time supporting the Raiders, but that was EASILLY the worst.

We would've performed better if Greg Wolfgramm, Jason Bulgarelli and Odel Manuel were in our backline.

After reading some of the comments on this thread, I'm definitely going to be watching this game on bigpond for the comedic value.

I think that might be partly the Warriors fault.

True the Warriors lacked attacking spark, but if the Raiders had of given up they wouldn't have needed attacking spark to get over the try line. You can always see the difference when a team throws it in and at no stage did the Raiders throw it in, they were just sadly inept in ever facet of play when they had the ball.

Canberra made 17 errors and only 841 metres...thats around 400 metres less than the usual minimum for a sh*t performance

LOL as a neutral, that was probably one of the funniest games I have seen.

Raider's consistent errors, Witt's kick, the Warriors kicking out on the full..

man

Raiders also kicked it out on the full once. Almost twice!

I thought the rain would of also had a factor in the lack of attacking spark for the Warriors.

Our last play options or second/third tackle options (Rovelli :p) was shocking!

At least we had an 80% completion rate in the shocking weather. Which contradicts what I said before! Haha.

The only highlight from that match was Witt's decision to break from tradition and try to kick a penalty goal with his shin instead of his foot. Apart from that - worst game I have seen in a long, long time. Both teams holding down for an eternity (with only one team getting penalised for it mind you), terrible handling, a combined total of 30 handling errors.... this one won't live long in the memory.

Conditions played their part, and the Warriors weren't good enough to put the points on the board, but given that we were missing so many of our key players, and found ourselves in a big arm-wrestle with a solid team like Canberra, I'll gladly take the win.

A bye coming up, and then an away game in Penrith. Let's get back on track on the road in the next game...
