Very interesting in the end there

I loved seeing someone get knocked the f**k out, in saying that I do hope he's okay but a biff in Origin just make its that much more awesome! I can't believe how some people stayed on the field LOL! White, Hodges, Thurston.. f**k me, I'm sure I'm not the only one who wishes it was Hodges rather than Price getting knocked the f**k out though.

Waterhouse being sent-off was harsh, it doesn't make a *huge* difference but a sin-bin would have been more appropriate.. what he did was a dog act, but Steve Price was already knocked out before he got there (bit too late to pull out, not that he should have been there in the first place.

Congrats to Watmough, well deserved.

I think experience made a huge deal of difference. Kimmorley lead the team around the ground quite well. He had a great game tonight. How good was it when they had the shot of White with blood in his mouth licking his lips with a big smile. If only there was 10 minutes left someone else was definitely getting knocked out

Yeah, I wasn't being sarcastic. You could hardly notice them at times, but that's because they didn't try to overplay their hands, just directed the team around and let others (Watmough, Creagh and Hayne) be the x-factor.

Another reason I liked their halves pairing was because Gidley was f**ked off from around the ruck and didn't get involved as much as he did in Games 1 and 2.

Creagh get's two awards from me tonight:
Firstly the Mark Geyer Award- For the push and run....sorry a real man would have stood his ground for his mate..
and Secondly the Ben Kennedy Award- For spending the game running at Lockyer or other smaller backs...once again sorry a real man would have the aggots to hit it up the middle :shock:

Long live thebourbonbeast!!!:crazy::crazy::crazy:

Hmm from NRL.com

Hit ups -

David Shillington (11) Justin Poore (9) Steve Price (10) Anthony Watmough (8) Ashley Harrison (9)
Ben Creagh (8)

All run mtrs -

Greg Inglis (190) Anthony Watmough (187) Darius Boyd (135) Jarryd Hayne (164) Matthew Scott (95) Ben Creagh (120)

Plus two tries... yeah i'd say he played pretty f*ckin awesome.

The better team won, and Queensland proved once again what sooks they are when every little thing doesn't go their way.

Wonderful punch by Brett White, grub play by Waterhouse charging in.

While part of me wishes Creagh had gone on with it and planted one on the f**ker Hodges' chin, the other part of me is glad he didn't and stupidly get himself suspended.

I also echo the question asked by others: where the f**k was that level of passion and commitment, especially in defence, from the Blues in games 1 and 2?

That shot was a beauty by White. Did not know he had it in him, my estimation of him has gone up.

hahah totally agree. i thought he was a marshmallow until now. AWESOME.

i like Price but he deserves it for kneeing White in the face and then fighting. aint NSW's fault we have better boxers in our team.

man that was so sweet, i love spoiling Queensland parties.

It was a good 5 minutes. Price didnt deserve it. Who the f**k is tony caine, and the fight was a draw, with nsw deducted points for cowardice. And you won the battle but lost the war. In fact that would be the fourth war you have lost in a row.

I have no sympathy for Price and the merkin deserved it for all his kamikaze missiles he has launched at player's feet over the years.

Trent Waterhouse would have to be the cleanest player in the game.

I have watched the replay and all he did was come in and 'tackle' Steve Price. The damage was already done by a pretty decent right hook.

If Waterhouse has a case to answer I will give the game away.

I can't see what Waterhouse did wrong, watch the replays, Inglis did all the damage to Price with his knees.

I guess its just me but am i the only one who thought Waterhouse's intentions were to separate Price from White rather than tackle him. If Price isn't knocked out cold from White's punch, no way he collapses like that when Waterhouse grabs him.

Bad injury, but he was going for the ball. Hit it in fact No law against that back then. Was price charged?

Lucky NSW have never played a dirty player in their history. Les Boyd and Mark Geyer never did anything dirty...or did they..??

I know. So glad they got the shield after a loss. One of the best games in ages, it was like a old school 80's early 90's game with that biff at the end.

Spot on, just seen the reverse replay and you see prices eyes roll back back white layed one right on the button as waterhouse ripped up around his neck.

LOL @ those bagging hodges. HE'S GONE TOE TO TOE WITH GALLEN AND ERIC GROTHE IN ORIGIN AND SMASHED THE BOTH OF THEM EVEN GALLEN ADMITTED HE WAS TOO GOOD A FEW YEARS AGO.

Ask Hodges about Casey McGuire. Hodges is a first class grub who buzzes around all the fights when he's got back up.
Price got his come uppance. He kneed White on the way up - White gave him a chance to step away as well - the first one was a push not a punch.

that was what it looked like to me, had his intention been to king hit Price he surely would have done so. beyond me why he got sent off yet White who instigated it got nothing. What a game. The refs had no control that last 5 minutes

Williams and Stewart should be stamped never to play again. Horrible.

Watmough was incredible though. If he did that week in week out he'd be the best forward in the comp.
