gotta say, given the hayne try, the harrison no try and other vital calls in the ruck. It smells like a stitch up. Queensland should be home by now

i'm going to jump if I see any more tries like the first half ones again in the second half, f**k me that defence was woeful.

hayne - best
gidley - not sure why the criticism, doing his job.
farah/wolfman - harden up
wallace - lol f**k off

just stop letting them run right through our f**king line and make them actually work for it :fist:

NSW - taken the Queensland dangerman Inglis out ... its a disgrace. Barrett should have been sin-binned at least.

Harrison should have been awarded and Hayne's try not. We'll win anyway.

Barrett's hit to Inglis' head is the most important thing he has done in rugby league for years.

That said, we played better once Gidley shifted to 5/8th, Barrett went to halfback, and Wallace went hiding.

Get rid of the ranga. Jarrod Mullen FTW.

farah has been woeful too. Weyman, O'Donnell, Hayne are the only three who can hold their head up high

LOL! They were on their goal line.

I have that freeze framed - Falou and Lockyer were clearly in front of the tryline and on either side of the ruck... so they were either markers not square, or not markers and offside... the choice is yours.

Harrison was robbed a try.

Hey NSW copped some pretty bad ones in game 1, so its gotta be a square up.

Disappointed at the start, but thank f**k for Hayne and Gidley. Theyve been our best tonight, as well as O'Donnell has really put some mongrel into our week forward pack. Not like those useless merkins Kite and Gallen.

Well done to them for missing that tackle on Inglis, yeah thats why they picked you for Origin.

And who the hell threw that pass leading up to Lockyers try. Disgraceful, learn to pass from dummy half or just take a simple hit up.

Im hoping they can do a lot better in the second half.

Lesson peoples, when you wank too much you become blind.

It's called the Dragonz Rule.

HTH.
ROFL

Whatever. I'll take Poore, Weyman and Creagh back to St George, and go out to watch my team on Friday night.

FYI, we're coming first ;-)

Wow, video refs doing their best to keep the game close.

Correct score - Qld 24 (video ref -6) to NSW 6 (video ref + 4)

While the Hayne one from dummy half was at least debateable, the no try to Harrison was a joke. O'Donnell's try was maybe 50/50 and benefit of the doubt was probably fair enough, but the Qld one was more like 95/5 and they got zero benefit of the doubt.

harsh calls

they got a penalty for kicking a bloke

Yeah, I thought NSW were hard done by there. That should have been a Blues penalty.

However, Ashley Harrisons disallowed try WAS a try - and I am Blue, through and through.

I thought Hayne's 2nd try was fair enough. The Queensland players were trying to milk that one.

But I do get the impression there's a bit of "lets level the game up" or "we f**ked up last game - let's even the ledger" going on. It's amazing how often teams in arrears get calls that go their way and that stops the scoreboard blowing out and viewers switching off. I'm not saying it's deliberate as such - just that people tend to give more benefit of doubt to a team that's getting smashed.

But I'm not complaining - my team is back with a chance.
