Unbelievable second half from the Broncos. The Panthers have been a Top 8 side for the majority of the season but it was always their defence that was questionable. It will be interesting to see how they respond after 2 straight losses.

How good is this game????
28-24 to the broncos with 20 minutes to go.

Jennings just made a huge break down the touchline and there was some great cover defence.

McGuire in next to the posts and the Broncos lead 32-24 with a kick to come.

Could be it for the Panthers, who have to score next.

Shattered. Just found the score out. I'm really sick of this club, same sh*t year after year, Show some promise and then end up embarassing themselves at the end of the season. It seemed to going alright in the 1st half but there were bad signs with defence and penalties. Doubt I'll bother watch the rest of the season with any real interest. We all know the outcome 5 STRAIGHT YEARS WITH NO FINALS! Penrith Panthers= masters of mediocrity.

If we beat Souths next week I'd be surprised, no way we can beat the Eels and the Knights at Newcastle is usually beyond us. Let's try to win one more game to avoid finishing 12th again?

assuming the broncos hold on its looking grim. Youd be expected to beat Souths next week, but would still require an upset against EELS or Knights. In saying that every game is winnable, as every game is loosable.

Broncos in again and its 40-24. Great game. Penrith dont deserve to lose by this much but thats footy.

Makes next week so interesting. This weeks given us nothing about who will be in the finals accept Souths will not be there unless they win all 3 which they wont.

Absolute pathetic performance, not heart or attitude in defense, how hard is it to read a simple f**king inside ball play around the ruck, f**ken useless pricks.

I think everyone has figured out by now that all you have to do is run you backrowers at Graham and the rest is history.

THis team sucks balls, only interested in scoring points, no heart at all.

Congrats Broncos...

Dragons and the dogs might be premiership favorites.. but neither of them are capable of playing attacking football like that.

Mate our defense can make any team look like that, I wouldn't be too excited...

Go Dragons next week. Only thing left to hope for to make this year bearable is Broncos missing the 8. So go Dragons and Cowboys. Penrith on the other hand are headed for 12th

2005- 10th
2006- 12th
2007- 16th
2008- 12th
2009- 12th???

We suck.

Rubbish - any team is capable of playing attacking football like today's effort from Brisbane, given the chance by a rabble defence like what Penrith put forward.

We still have a lot to improve on, but for the first time in a long time, I am a happy Brisbane Bronco fan. Great to see Lockyer bounce back to form in a commanding performance that was overdue.

Back-to-back wins ... good to know the feeling again.

Now we face a disgruntled premiership favourite in the Dragons. It will be a good measuring stick to see where we are at. I ain't reading too much in to the two wins barring the fact our attitude is right and we're improving week to week after that horrid patch.

Why would I want to do that? Even when Penrith's officially out of the running and I have a little bit of money on someone to take the comp out, it won't be the Storm. I had a soft spot for the Storm in recent years because I was born down there and have friends down there and I wanted them to win instead of Broncos or Manly, but now I have no real interest in them anymore

Go the Dragons next week however, and the Cowboys the week after and then the Raiders maybe they can do something which my useless club couldn't get near doing in either match this year, beat the Broncos!
