No, if Hanbury let go, Pritchard would've had every right to keep on running so Hanbury did nothing wrong, it wasn't a sin-bin but it was a penalty. He had to hold on which constitutes the penalty, but it was the only thing he could do.

By the way, that pass from Jennings was legal. The pass has to be propelled forward from the hands (like the Tiger try that was called back for a foward pass). Jennings was running quite fast when he threw that pass and if you have ever taken Physics at any level you would know a ball thrown BACK from a moving player as fast as Jennings was will most likely float forward.
