Youd think Manly will be tired after the Panthers pushed them to golden point. Wonder if Des has settled down now, that spray he gave fatboy Raymond in the press-conference was hilarious

Plus it wont help having Anfony Wotnow out with a broken jaw after Jarrod Sammut b8tch-slapped him. How funny was that.

 How eerily close were you?

Hmm, I'll wait til Manly names their side.
Though tipping the Knights is probably ideal consideringly how bad Manly are playing atm..

I'm starting to like us now even with the injuries.

I think we'll tough this one out and hold onto the win.

I'd be feeling much more confident if there was no Rogers ...

Hopefully we get a big crowd on Sunday to give Mr Shortall a tough time and get some "free" penalties :p

Lyon fit to play and hope springs enternal

MANLY’S early season woes were given a boost yesterday with star centre Jamie Lyon cleared of any major knee problems and named in the team to face Newcastle on Sunday.
It was feared Lyon would be out of action for up to six weeks after he limped from the field in the second half of Monday night’s disappointing 12-10 loss to the Panthers at Brookvale Oval.

Robertson really needs to get back on the wing, doesn't seem to get involved from the back like most fullbacks do.

Heard on "NRL on Fox" tonight that despite Jamie's injury not being so bad and him being named in the side, he will not be playing on Sunday.

Sweet.

Our backs might wreak havoc this week if we can match up to their forwards.
