Titans by 6..Penrith to fire due to all the negative press but errors to cost them another game.

Panthers by 14 if Luke Lewis plays. If he doesn't then i think we'll probably lose this game. We don't look anywhere near as dangerous with him off the field.

Mind you - 8 degrees might be a bit of a shock from those poor darlings from Queensland. That will even the contest up a bit.

I'm tipping the Titans, but without any confidence whatsoever.

Oooh Walshy on the bench for Panthers - go Walshy! Hope he gets a run.

8C is pretty chilly (given it will be fairly windy too) for April...

So...playing a night game in Melbourne (and winning) wouldnt have been any colder?

Gold Coast co-captain Luke Bailey is not expected to play against Penrith on Monday night due to a knee injury. Aaron Cannings, who has been out of action with a shoulder problem, has been drafted into the squad. Penrith lock Luke Lewis's training has been restricted due to back and rib problems, but he is confident of being fit. Expect coach Matthew Elliott to shuffle Jarrod Sammut into hooker for some periods of the game, with Masada Iosefa stood down. Luke Walsh is on the bench as back-up halfback.

Luke Bailey (knee) hasn't trained and is doubtful. Mat Rogers also hasn't trained but will play. Aaron Cannings is on standby for Bailey.
Kevin Gordon (calf) pulled up short at training yesterday but will play. Panthers lock Luke Lewis (back) has his first session yesterday.

Well that's good news for the Panthers and could explain some of the massive bets placed on us. Although they still have a great team and we're still going to need Luke Lewis to beat them.

Announced on Fox Sports News a few minutes ago, both Rogers and Bailey out.

Bailey is a loss, but without Rogers, that'll just mean they shift Campbell forward and Zillman will come into Fullback. If that is the case then they won't lose much imo. Rogers / Prince / Campbell or Campbell / Prince / Zillman, just as effective as each other imo.

Oh and our halves will run rings around the inexperienced penriff duo.
Cant wait,i hope we win so the penriff fans can whinge about referee bias again.
