Calmed down a bit now. Gut-wrenching to lose when we had a chance to win like that, but I am immensely proud of the effort from the team. To a man they stood tall tonight. Prior and Poore have been guns all year for us, so I can forgive their lapses in this game. Poore's 2 dropped balls were as much due to Steve Southern pulling off two great up-and-under hits on him as anything.

Well done to the Cowboys, deserved to win as they were the better team on the night (and were the favourites, a fact I see which has escaped a few dim-witted northerners looking to lay the boot into the Saints).

Boyd came off with an injury letting Emmett on. Emmett was unimpressive. Couple of very limp runs out of our own end. Chase Stanley is a better player imo

f**k the Cowboys have been canned in the penalties this year.

Some really odd decisions like that one with Sailor getting put into touch, no way that was a penalty he literally was tackled into touch, and then Soward wishboning LOD and LOD reacting and getting the penalty.

I thought Thurstons "double" movement was a 50/50 that went against us, as well as the decoy try.

Its about time the Cowboys realised that they want get calls against teams like the Dragons and have to adjust there play accordingly.

Cowboys really should have racked up 50 on us....Forwards were allowed to dominate for 65mins of the game

played majority of the match in our 30m zone agianst a ruffled, tired 2nd rate dragons side.

IMO the two Friday games ruined this game...the Cowboys played welll but with a fresh Dragons side it would have been a different story.

Some of the refs calls were poor...Thurston's try should have been given and the penalty against Cooper was wrong.

It was the cowboys choking, they had the game easy and yet nearly choked to let 2 trys in 2 mins

cant see the cowboys making the 8 after that performance
