No I definitely saw it.

The match was refereed very strangely. For the first 65 minutes, Manly were allowed to do whatever they wanted without fear of conversing a penalty. Then suddenly that changed and for 10 minutes they were penalised for all the things they'd been allowed to do for the first 65.

Bizarre, and yet another example of Robert Finch's incompetence.
