The match could/will be played at the SFS, since ANZ Stadium will be hosting a Bledisloe Cup dead-rubber next Saturday. That of course is the Chooks' home ground...so maybe not the worst result for the Roosters.

Though, #6 is a dangerous position - they lose, one upset loss (for #1 or #2) and they're gone.

True that, although the Roosters error count of 18 must be of some concern to coach Smith, as was the ability to beat a side which for the majority of the year has been f**king woeful.
Although concern may be understating it, when he was on the 2way towards the end of that game he was f**king fuming.
If there was a release valve on him, steam would bust out of it.

A team better than the Cowboys would have f**ked the Roosters hard in that game, but the Roosters were without a few troops.
Its not like they need to be overly worried about the titans, they dropped a similar amount of ball and Wests had 19 errors, so its all same ole same ole really.

I think the Roosters will have another gear for next week.
