You are niave in the extreme. The word twit comes to mind.

People all over the world have sinus conditions but that doesn't stop them making long haul holiday trips from one side of the world to the other.

Melbourne to Sydney a 90 minute flight maximum can surely be managed by the club's medico's and some demazin.

I don't disagree the incident probably is a media beat up and minor in the scheme of things. However, call me cynical but if the guilty party been a fringe no name first grader do you not truly believe he would have been charged with bringing the game into disrepute. I think so.

Billy the Kid will no doubt be flown to Sydney on a 'hired' non commercial flight, to slip under the radar and magically appear at CUA on Saturday night. The couple of demazin tablets will work wonders and he will surely be at his magical best to please all of the young fans of the game who adore this icon of the game.

, let me guess, Rupert will loan him the Gulfstream.

Mate...you are delusional to say the least.

You obviously must be on the medical staff at Storm I would assume ??.

Hard to pick...I went with Melbourne. Hopefully they're well drilled enough to offset the injury losses.

I have idea either...the worry with this Storm side is that forward pack is inexperienced but Smith will lead from the front which is a key factor.

If Gareth Whiddop comes in for Slater then we will lose nothing..this boy is skilled, a great kicker and was the top points scorer in the U 20's comp last.

Don't you all agree it is somewhat pathetic the Storm have delayed Slater's arrival in Sydney simply to avoid potential further media scrutiny over the incident. In doubt with sinus problems is bullsh*t. His arrival will be delayed and kept secret to avoid the obvious and he will be fit and well to take his place on the field come saturday night. The NRL has been surely embarrased by being totally anonymous on this issue. Had the incident involved a low profile culprit there is no doubt he would have been cited for bringing the game into disrepute, but no, it's one of the game's pinups so we simply cannot allow anything to happen. Farcical in my opinion and another blight on the NRL and the sooner this so called independent commission comes into existance the better. Maybe then we will have administrastors who are prepared to manage the game without fear of big brother.
Don't you all agree how pathetic this poster is at flamming.

Both teams to repeat their performances from last week. i.e. Penrith start well, but get run down in the end. Melbourne 24-20. I hope I'm wrong.

I think we was talking about the "Storm will lose nothing" part. Billy Slater is arguably the best fullback in the game... he's a loss no matter how good the bloke replacing him is.

Hopefully he does play and does well. He's my dreamteam fullback. Would be pretty sweet if Cam Smith racks up a high tackle count, makes a few linebreaks etc. to put his score up also. He's my captain this week. With the Panthers still winning ofcourse... a high scoring game by both teams would be great.

Melbourne are too professional to be thinking about next week's match against us.
Only 2 things that can beat the Storm, that is the amount of players they have out or
The heat out here in Penrith...it's been a damn hot day today and will still be quite warm at kick off.

If Inglis goes to the back it may even be a gain for the Storm.

They would then maybe move MacDougall to centre and bring in some winger.

Nielsen has looked the most dangerous so far. Panthers have had the early pressure but haven't converted.

How high was the tackle on Quinn...the refs are garbage.

The Panthers are slowing the tackle as well and this is being ignored.
