As a manly fan im still not pleased.. disgusting effort to have 18 points scored agaisnt us by that cronulla team.

Pretty sh*t game, particularly Cronulla.

Manly did nothing special in that first half, put on 7 tries and relaxed after that. Sharks lifted a bit in the first 20 of the second half, faded towards the end again.

I will take the win and the improvement to the for and against. Unfortunately it will take pressure off some of our players, Hodkinson was still ineffective, Williams and Matai probably has their quietest games this year, the discipline was poor, Kite really deserves the starting spot over Perry. Good to see Lyon working his way back in to form, he was a lot better this week and will be better next week you can bet.

Have Manly produced an 80-minute effort this year aside from the game against us? One or two fadeouts is an anachronism. 16 of them means something is very wrong. Mind you, you probably can afford to sleep through the second 40 when you lead 36-0 at the break.
