Get rid of Gaz?

If they gave him some room he'd be fine. He had room to move once and almost beat his man.

Did you not see Pearce? Other than his try (that anyone could've scored). He didn't set the world on fire...

f**k me the communication at the back was shocking though. Morris and Dugan for the 2nd try, Morris should've had that. And the amount of times we almost handed them another one from lose ball in our in goal because NSW aren't talking.

I saw that Pearce's combination with Dugan was the most threatening and momentum building aspect of NSW's attack

Where am I wrong??

Dugan did not successfully field a single attacking kick all game. Dropped one cold, luckily got another after Scott, Soward and Cronk all missed it. MIA when Gallen fielded another and let Soward take the rest.

If Hayne were in the No.1 and making those sorts of errors you'd be right on him. In fact after the Parra Roosters game last year raiders fans were all over Hayne for his positioning after he let in a try very similar to the one Morris let in tonight.

He did nothing to take the spot off the incumbent, and showed nothing tonight to prove why he is apparently better than hayne.

thing is, Hayne is needed far FAR more on the wing to replace down syndrome Morris, so Dugan will keep hold of his spot

You've spent this whole thread bagging out a fullback on DEBUT who atleast ran hard and got involved and was safe as houses under the high ball. Did you even see our pathetic front row. King and Snowden are the 2 slowest props Ive ever seen play Origin.

ahahahah he didn't set the world on fire? He was close to MoM for NSW and the Dragons players not only played like the myths they are but they did everything in their power to lose the game

I thought Bird and Scott were NSW's best. Tremendous effort considering the possession that went against us.

Obviously there's a lot of Dragons hate here, but Soward looked composed IMO. Dugan was solid too, can't see why he has copped blame. Morris' blunder was costly and hopefully that means Hayne gets a run next game.

The only other change I'd make is bringing in another forward for King or Merrin.

Ultimately we went extremely close to beating QLD in QLD. This forum is good for overreacting though

hayne needs to back, he's our best player, throw him at halfback if you have too, just have him there somewhere.

I'll be happy to leave dugan at FB, maybe throw hayne at 5/8, we need spark and a play maker with X factor, apart from Jennigs and Uate we have no spark whatsoever

Pearce and Uate were NSW best. Dugan and Jenning were good and worked hard but had a few mistakes in them.

two shit decisions, the pearce 'forward' pass and the Uate knock on that should've been a penalty. Maybe Uate being tackled in the air as well. Frustrating decisions but oh well.

Was a good game of Footy I thought. Our kicking game was pretty average, probably the difference. Thought Pearce was pretty good with ball in hand and defended very well. Wouldnt complain if they stuck with the same pairing next match. Main area we need to sharpen up is our props. King cant GTFO, and Merrin as well. Would also select Hayne ahead of Morris

Great effort and really thought we had it, but i wish they would sort out the 5th tackle option. i expected with soward in the side every final tackle ball would go to soward in our own half for his kicking. Nearly every Pearce kick went to hands which is disappointing at rep level but he was good otherwise.

Also, Mannah and King should be nowhere near that side, they don't have the intensity or go forward IMO. Get Hayne and Gids in there game II!

Jennings and Gallen our best IMO
