Maybe I'm not making any real point. I just thought that the composure and mental strength they have become known for was not there. Last year after rep games they still managed to maintain their defensive structure and composure for long periods of the game. That was the standard.

STOP! Before you embarrass yourself further.

Josh Morris is useless ,i know he wants to be a centre but he is a winger like his brother .Soward is a terrible defender i dont care what the dragons muppets in here say ! Into Origin for mine though as his kicking game is first class.

Josh morris is useless not brett !

when?

hope you're not basing it on Nine's tackle count, they cannot count for shit apparently.

I thought it was fine.
76:45 Pritchard passes and Beau Scott knocks it back, and Keating gets it and they called zero when it should have been 1st tackle.

You are entitled to your opinion but I think you are being harsh on sowie. The dragons forwards were out on their feet in that last fifteen.

Merrin, hunt, creagh, prior, cuthbertson all played their third game in a week.

perhaps his thumb and groin mightve been playing up their towards the end too. but as a NSWman, i really wanted him to take the game by the scruff when it was there to be won and show us he could do it when backs were to the wall. in the arena of origin, there's no hiding on the field. you have an injury and put yourself out on the park, you perform. no excuses.

they only showed idris on one replay, he looked a yard in front but hard to confirm off just the one replay. He did juggle the ball but I think he caught it, not lose it into the dragons player. Again, only one replay so hard to confirm.

The dogs had 8 tackles, not 7, but that was because the Dragons dived on the ball and knocked it forward on the 2nd. I was blowing up because 9 had the tackle count not restarting, but thankfuly the refs got it right for once.

I know what I saw. I saw a very beatable side. Imagine if that was Melbourne you were playing...

And they should be after 3 games in about a week.

As for imagining they were playing the $torm, well just have patience till they meet later in the year............... post this rep crap.

Thats all you've got... We're BEATABLE! Bahahaha. Considering we had guys backing up for 3 games in 7 days, i think we'll be fine thanks :lol::lol:

Not to mention Sowie and Boyd coming back from injury as well as Creagh and Stanley who went off injured last week. They were all good enough to play but perhaps not 100% i'd wager. Thank god for the bye.

Mate he was offside

I thought he was fine live and also on replay, but I would like to see it again.

76:45 Pritchard passes and Beau Scott knocks it back, and Keating gets it and they called zero when it should have been 1st tackle.

Dogs in possession, touched by the opposition, tackle count restarted.

Isn't that the point of the zero tackle rule? Rather than packing a scrum when the opposition has touched on the ball, they say its the zero tackle.

Mate, the amount of hype that is built up about this St George side by both their fans and the media about their unbelievable defence, their composure under pressure and their ability to maintain defensive and attacking structure is non stop. The thing about tonight is that they looked very beatable. And it's the first time it has happened in a long time, let alone twice in the last few months.

as much as i would like that. I don't think they will. The dragons didn't have to do anything spectacular in the 2nd half...realistically they were up 15-0 and looked to be in control. For the side the bulldogs have, we are definitely underachieving.

Every side is bearable but whatever helps you sleep

I'm quite happy with the performance given the bulk of the forwards were playing third game in a week.
